To activate the diffuser, set the work time using the display or app. If you fail to set the correct time based on your country, the diffuser will not function. This is not a defect. 3. Please download our app, Scent Tech, and enable Bluetooth to successfully configure your diffuser.
• Helpful Tips 2 ⬛️ - 1. The light on the diffuser does not impact its performance. The upper light indicates whether the diffuser is active or on pause (red for pausing, green for active). The lower button displays the volume of oil in the bottle (red when low, green when sufficient). 2. When connecting the diffuser to an HVAC system, use a plastic tube and joint connector. The scent outlet head can be removed by rotating it. 3. If the diffuser operates for a few seconds before pausing, it is not defective. Adjust the continuous work time or pause time to be between 5-300 seconds.
